Stuff I Did
NC Trip – My wife and I headed to NC and celebrated her and her mother’s shared birthday.
OneDrive – I migrated the last of my personal files from OneDrive to my TrueNAS.
Mint Mobile – I migrated my Google Voice number to Mint Mobile.
Return to WordPress – I migrated the site from Drupal back to WordPress. Divi 5 is so freaking good.
OpnSense – I acquired a Moginsok MGCN50N firewall appliance, installed OpnSense, and put it into production.
Mattermost – I setup the community Mattermost app on my TrueNAS server to easier manage notifications from client systems.
Got Crafty – Visited SouthEnd Brewing in Greensboro, NC, USA; Box Office Brewing in Strasburg, VA, USA; Twin Irons Brewing Company in Newark, DE, USA; and Slate Farm Brewery in Whiteford, MD, USA.
Stuff I Tried
Birb’s the Word – I installed PikaOS KDE Plasma on my work laptop. I spent some time troubleshooting a couple issues that prevented me from running it at home, figured out they were related to missing packages, and submitted bug reports. There was a small discussion on the bug reports and they were marked as fixed within the day.
CachyOS – After moving on from PikaOS KDE Plasma I’m now taking CachyOS with Cinnamon for a run. It’s my first physical install of any Arch-based OS.
Stuff I Watched
My wife and I watched season 2 of Cross. We’re also catching up on the Chicagos so we can eventually watch the crossover event.
We watched Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice and Solo Mio. Both enjoyable.
I started a rewatch of How I Met Your Mother. I’m also watching Farscape. I’ve never made it all the way through the first season. Hoping to this time.
