Day 15 – October 22, 2017 – 231.4 lbs

This morning I had a half of a caramel coffee shake, then a Cacao, then the rest of the caramel coffee shake. For dinner I had a Cacao.

Day 16 – October 23, 2017

I didn’t make a shake this morning because I didn’t have the time. I’m out of the Cafe selections. I grabbed two Cacao as I left the house. I noticed I started getting a headache around 11am, so I grabbed myself a cup of coffee. It’s helped. I decided that the shakes are just too convenient to stay with the powder. I jumped on Amazon this morning and subscribed to all 4 flavors of shakes. Can’t wait for them to arrive.

Days 17-21 – October 24-28, 2017

Nothing special to report. Soylent every day.

Day 22 – October 29, 2017 – 228.6 lbs

Due to a family emergency, I ended up having to ride along in an ambulance and sitting at the hospital nearly the entire day. Fortunately for me my wife was able to bring me Soylent with some ice packs. I was able to have my meals without leaving the hospital room and getting raunchy cafeteria food or having to leave the premises.

Final Thoughts

Now that I’ve completely adjusted to drinking Soylent, there’s not a lot to write about. I’m still losing weight and I’m thrilled about it. This is the first time in years that I’ve been below 230 lbs. It’s super convenient. Orders from Amazon are heavy. Future posts will most likely be a lot less detailed than this one, which was a lot less detailed than the previous two.
